IDEG 2027
International Diabetes Epidemiology Group
In April 2027, IDEG will host its 19th Symposium in Singapore, bringing together an international community of researchers, epidemiologists, physicians, public health professionals, data specialists, students and trainees.
A dedicated one-day diabetes epidemiology training course for trainees and early-career researchers will also be held prior to the Symposium, providing an additional opportunity to engage with the next generation of diabetes researchers.

IDEG2027 will be held at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Headquarters, 11 Mandalay Road, Singapore 308232. Located within Singapore's HealthCity Novena, the venue offers convenient access to public transport, accommodation and dining options.
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) trains doctors who put patients at the centre of their exemplary care. The School, which offers both undergraduate and graduate programmes, is named after local philanthropist Tan Sri Dato Lee Kong Chian.
In line with the School’s vision of redefining medicine and transforming healthcare, LKCMedicine’s research is to shape future medicine and healthcare through high impact discoveries and inventions that are of national and global impact. Our researchers are recognised internationally and have produced influential papers that have been cited in their respective fields.
